IQ-0607-13 &#8211; issued by Dasa Raegister, exipiring on 17.6.2025<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As proof of the constant evolution in this area and compliance with current legislation, an intensive training\/audit\/review programme of its processes has been launched, enabling the implementation of SGI certifications also based on the UNI ISO 45001:2023 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.eosconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/EOS_45001_em_5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNI ISO 45001:2023 &#8211; n. 2379 &#8211; issued by Quaser Certificazioni s.r.l. exipiring on 2.8.2027<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.eosconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/EOS_14001_em_5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 &#8211; n. 2380 &#8211; issued by Quaser Certificazioni s.r.l. exipiring on 16.12.2027<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNI\/PdR 125:2022 is a standard that defines a management system for gender equality, providing guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote inclusion and gender equality in the workplace. The main objectives are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoting inclusion: fostering an inclusive workplace that respects gender diversity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure and monitor: use KPIs to evaluate company policies on gender equality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote equity: ensure equal career and pay opportunities for men and women.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconcile work and private life: implement measures that facilitate a balance between professional and personal life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EOS Consulting, has begun the process of obtaining Gender Equality Certification.
