The property is owned by a SICAF fully controlled by Ardian and managed by Prelios SGR.
Designed by the Scandurra studio, the project involves a deep renovation of a neoclassical complex originally designed in 1928 by Milanese architect Carlo Broggi. It is located in the heart of Rome’s historic center, near Piazza Barberini.
Once completed, the building will be one of the few historic properties in Rome to achieve triple certification (LEED, BREEAM, and WELL), demonstrating its exceptional standards in energy efficiency and sustainability. The project is inspired by the highest international standards for quality, sustainability, and well-being, with LEED Platinum certification as a benchmark.
The mixed-use building, combining office and retail space, is now the new Roman headquarters for consulting firms Deloitte and Google.
