This project is part of a broader urban development agreement between Fondazione Fiera Milano and the Municipality of Milan.
The intervention, under project development, signed by architect Michele de Lucchi and then developed by Manens-Tifs e Lombardini 22, consists of the new construction of a four-star superior hotel designed as an accommodation facility to serve the events of Fiera Milano City. A management agreement has been signed with UNA Hotel.
The building consists of 22 floors for a total height of about 90 meters, housing a total of 173 rooms, a sky lounge restaurant and panoramic terrace.
EOS is responsible for the Project Management Office.
