La BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management SGR p.A., ed ora la Silver Fir Capital SGR S.p.A., gestiscono dal 2016 il Fondo di Investimento denominato UTurn dove sono confluiti gli asset precedentemente detenuti dal Fondo Upside nell'ambito dell'iniziativa Europarco Business Park.
EOS, previously in charge of the role of Project Monitor, has been entrusted with the activities of Project & Construction Management of the U-Turn Fund.
The project includes several commercial, office and residential buildings in addition to the consortial and urban development projects listed in the EUR Castellaccio Town Planning Convention.
EOS has carried out the activities of Project & Construction Management for BNP Paribas SGR for the implementation of the environmental works foreseen in the Europarco Business Park real estate initiative, in particular:
•Hydraulic risk mitigation for the EUR Castellaccio area
•Completion of the V1-V2 primary public park (18 hectares)
•Completion of Volusia Park (42 hectares)
