EOS assisted Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in a €185 million project finance transaction supporting Capital Dynamics in the development of two agrivoltaic plants in Sicily, with a total installed capacity of approximately 187 MW.
These innovative projects are deeply integrated with the local environment, combining renewable energy production with agricultural activity. They will feature the cultivation of olive trees and pears, as well as support for local beekeeping, thus enhancing regional supply chains and promoting biodiversity.
EOS acted as Technical Advisor to the Bank, performing the Technical Due Diligence with a highly specialized multidisciplinary team.
