Over the past five years, EOS has supported BNZ as a strategic and technical partner in all phases of acquisition and implementation for the Rinaldone solar project (45 MW), part of a larger 135 MW renewable cluster in Lazio (Province of Viterbo).
EOS initially served as Technical Advisor during the acquisition phase, performing Technical Due Diligence with a multidisciplinary team that handled regulatory, environmental, technical, and contractual analyses.
Following the acquisition, EOS acted as Owner’s Engineer, overseeing all pre-construction activities, construction execution, and commissioning. EOS also provided site management services throughout the process.
This end-to-end support offered BNZ continuous external oversight across all development phases, ensuring quality control through a team of regulatory, environmental, structural, electrical, and mechanical experts.
