EOS assisted Intesa Sanpaolo in a €32.6 million financing deal for GreenGo to develop eight greenfield photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of approximately 41.8 MW.
The plants are located in Calabria (22.8 MW), Sicily (13.7 MW), and the Marche region (5.3 MW), and are currently under construction, with commissioning expected in the first half of 2025.
EOS acted as Technical Advisor to the Bank, performing the Technical Due Diligence with a highly specialized multidisciplinary team.
