The initiative involved high-quality urban regeneration of the former Milan trade fair area, featuring designs by renowned architects including Zaha Hadid, Daniel Libeskind, and Arata Isozaki.
The project introduced a mix of residential, office, and retail uses, surrounded by the city’s third-largest urban park (170,000 sqm).
By the end of 2024, this section will be completed by a further building, called "Portico", designed by BIG studio, a dynamic and rapidly growing reality in the world architecture scene.
With 290,000 sqm GFA, 650 apartments, offices for over 8,000 workers, and 100+ retail units, the project represented one of Italy’s largest real estate investments, marked by its technical complexity and signature architecture.
